|
The Society has organized training programmes for health professionals, both in the government and in the private sector which have been held in Delhi and other states in India. Training programmes have also been conducted for drug store managers and pharmacist. A number of senior persons working for the India-WHO programme in Essential Drugs in different Indian states have been sent for training courses abroad. At the moment, courses along a similar line are being organized in India.
Several training courses for doctors have been organized jointly with other government organizations to strengthen the technical knowledge and capacity of a large number of national experts in government, academia and NGOs in various areas such as:
